Equipment Overview:

       Vertical bending testing machine for steel bar is used for bending test of metal materials such as bars, plates, polygonal cross section materials and rebar for construction。The machine adopts hydraulic bidirectional loading, which can easily bend the steel bar sample with a diameter of less than or equal to 40mm to 180°。The machine adjusts the distance between the support rollers by driving the two-way lead screw with the hand wheel. The support rollers lock themselves without using a wrench to lock the support rollers。The plug-in bending head is quick and easy to replace。

      The machine is equipped with test speed adjustment device and displacement, speed display device, which can display the bending Angle corresponding to the displacement in real time, convenient for users to complete various bending Angle tests。
